Did you mean
Find what you're looking for even if you mistype your search term. Confluence's 'Did you mean' feature analyses your search term and suggests an alternative spelling to give you more relevant search results.
Look inside
Did we say attachments? Yes, Confluence will even look inside the files you attach: so whether the information you are looking for is sitting on a Confluence page, or buried deep inside an attached PDF, Confluence will find it for you. Confluence can search the contents of:
- Microsoft Word documents
- PDF files
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- HTML, XML, source and text files
- ZIP files
With the bundled Office Connector, you can view the contents of attached Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF files even if you don't have Office installed. Scroll through Word and PDF files, deliver PowerPoint presentations, and peek inside Excel files all within Confluence.
Powerfully simple
The simple search interface gives you the power to find what you need faster. Narrow the search down to exactly what you are looking for — search by space, type of space (e.g. exclude all personal spaces), the type of content and/or the date it was last modified.
