Placing orders
Installation of your software begins within 24 hours of receiving your order during Australian business hours. Here are some details:
- Preparing your server may take up to 48 hours
- Once everything is setup, expect an email with installation information, IP address and administrator username and password
- Payment must be processed before you gain access to your server
